Trademarks apply / register for exactly certain products and / or services that are correlated with the activity of the applicant.
Macedonia has acceded to the Treaty of Nice International Classification of Goods and Services registering trademarks.
According to the International Classification goods and services are distributed in 45 classes, 34 of which are classes of goods and 11 classes of services.
When submitting the application, products and services should be deployed and marked according to international classification so that said first number of the class, and then the products or services covered by that class.
The products and services that can be deployed in two or more classes should be listed with the terms used in international classification, so that based on the formulation can be found in the class belong.
