Procedure for international trade mark registration

The procedure for international registration of a trademark shall be initiated by filing an application for international registration to the Office in accordance with the Madrid Agreement or the Madrid Protocol.
Upon receipt of the application for international registration, the Office shall examine whether the application is filed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.

Tidy Office shall submit an application to the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization in accordance with the provisions of the Madrid Agreement or the Madrid Protocol and the Rules of the Madrid Agreement and the Madrid Protocol.
