The trademark application must include:

• Request for grant of a trademark;
• Information about the applicant;
• Look at the sign for which protection is sought, and
• List of goods and services for which protection is sought.

Besides the above ingredients required, the application shall be submitted and other ingredients and supplements.
The content and form of the other ingredients and attachments to the application shall be determined by the Rules of the trademark.
