Application for international trademark registration include:

- Application for international registration of trademark SOIP-MTM4, A-4 format in two copies;
- Look at the sign if the sign is figurative in two copies;
- A list of products and services in French if the application is filed under the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks (Madrid Agreement) or the French or English if the application is filed under the Protocol to the Madrid Agreement (Madrid Protocol) on two samples ;
- Proof of paid taxes - under the administrative fees of the Republic of Macedonia and charges under the Madrid Agreement or the Madrid Protocol;
- Proper authorization, if the application is filed through a representative.
