According to the Article 154 § 2 of the industrial property owner may no later than nine months from the expiry date to the Office a request for extension of validity of the trademark and pay the appropriate fees and costs of the procedure.

According Heading 92 of the Tariff Act of administrative fees if the fee is not paid within the specified period may be paid within three months from the date of expiry of the period for payment of the regular fee plus 25%, and can be pay and extended within six months from the date of expiry of the additional period of three months and in double amount.
