Traditionally, for the twentieth time on April 29, 2014, at the Hotel “Stone Bridge”, within the framework of the celebration of the Intellectual Property Day, April 26, organized by the State Industrial Property Office of the Republic of Macedonia, the event “Patent of the Year -2013” was held.
The ceremonial event was attended by inventors, representatives of the economy, advocates and other eminent guests who are directly and indirectly involved in the activities of the protection of industrial property rights. The event was opened with a welcoming speech by the Director of the Office, Mr. Safet Emruli.
At the beginning, within the framework of the program, the inventions of Macedonian inventors that were presented at the International Exhibition of Ideas, Inventions and New Products – iENA 2013, which was held from October 30 to November 3 in Nuremberg, Germany, were presented. A special note of the event was given by the ceremonial presentation by the director Mr. Safet Emruli of the awards granted by the international jury and the special awards in the following order:
The inventors Resmi Ziba, Momchula Jordanoski, Valentina Pelivanova and Airo Vait, for the invention "TECHNICAL TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTION FOR TREATMENT AND PROCESSING OF WASTE MILL FROM MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS AND OBTAINING COMBINED ORGANIC-MINERAL FERTILIZER" were awarded:
-Gold medal from the expert jury
-Gold medal from the International Federation of Inventors' Associations - IFIA
-Gold medal and diploma from the Association of Inventors of Poland
-Diploma from The Association of Women Inventors “NOVA” in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
-to the inventors Zahariev Igor and Chavdarov Risto, for the invention "MECHATRONIC MODULE - CONTROL OF UP TO 5 PUMPS WITH DOUBLE FEEDBACK, ALARM SYSTEM WITH VISUALIZATION, ULTRASOUND REGULATION AND MOBILE CONTROL" were awarded:
-Gold medal from the expert jury
-Gold medal "ARCA" from the Croatian Community for Technical Culture
-to the inventor Raškovski Dragi, for the invention "SYSTEM AND DEVICES FOR ELECTRONIC IMPLEMENTATION OF ALL FORMS OF INDIRECT AND DIRECT DEMOCRACY" were awarded:
-Silver medal from the expert jury
-Cup with diploma from the Association of Inventors of Poland
-to the inventor Vele Nelkovski, for the invention “ELEMENTS FOR UNIVERSAL QUICKLY MOUNTED SCAFFOLDING - PLATFORM” were awarded:
-Gold medal and diploma from the Russian Association for Scientific and Technological International Cooperation
-to the inventor Mirko Uzelac, for the invention “ABROSIVE CLEANERS FOR DISHES AND SANITARY EQUIPMENT WITH ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS” were awarded:
-Special award and diploma from the First Institute of Inventors and Researchers of the Islamic Republic of Iran
The prestigious “PATENT OF THE YEAR -2013” award was solemnly awarded for the invention “TECHNICAL TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTION FOR TREATMENT AND PROCESSING OF WASTE SOIL FROM MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS AND OBTAINING COMBINED ORGANIC-MINERAL FERTILIZER”, to the inventors Resmi Ziba, Momchula Jordanoski, Valentina Pelivanova and Airo Vait and was solemnly awarded to them by the Director of the Institute, Mr. Safet Emruli.
The purpose of holding the event is not only to encourage the creativity and work of Macedonian inventors but also to use the system of patent protection in their business operations
