Macedonian Inventions at the International Exhibition of Inventions, New Technologies and Industrial Design 22-29.05. 2013, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia
The Belgrade Inventors' Union, traditionally for 33 years, has been organizing the International Exhibition of Inventions, New Technologies and Industrial Design and for the second time the "Gathering of Young Innovators" - "INVENTION - BELGRADE 2013", which was held from 22 - 29.05.2013, in the Gallery of the House of Aviation and Air Defense, in Belgrade-Zemun, Republic of Serbia.
The exhibition exhibited 110 innovations selected from over ten countries, among which the most numerous were from Serbia, then Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Republika Srpska, Croatia, Russia, Ukraine, Taiwan and Egypt.
Macedonian inventors regularly participate in the exhibition, and this year SPATUM participated with 9 inventions, 2 of which were in the category of young innovators.
The International Jury Committee consisted of twelve members, experts in the field of science and technology. The Committee worked according to previously determined criteria and grouped the exhibited exhibits into 3 categories (inventions, new technologies and industrial design). After reviewing the exhibited exhibits, the documentation submitted by the authors and their presentation, and the documentation from the Intellectual and Industrial Property Offices, the Committee made a decision to award recognitions and prizes.
At the award ceremony, Macedonian inventors received the following awards:
Gold medal with the image of Nikola Tesla:

The State Industrial Property Office received two “Thanksgiving with the image of Nikola Tesla”.
The participation of Macedonian inventors in this exhibition increased the interest of foreign inventors, who announced their participation in “MAKINOVA - EKONOVA 2013”, which will be held in Skopje, in October this year.
