SEMINARS WILL BE ORGANIZED WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF BILATERAL COOPERATION BETWEEN STATE OFFICE OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY AND EUROPEAN PATENT OFFICE ON PATENTS


Seminar on the topic “Release of intellectual property in the Republic of Macedonia with a focus on harmonization of the legislation and European Patent Convention on:
- 6 September, 2011 at the University "Sveti Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje for a student on a master study of the Faculty of Law and Economics and
- 9 September, 2011 on Drzhavniot University in Tetovo for student on master study od Pravniot and Economics Faculty.

Presentations and topics at the bea seminar:

Dr. Čadranka Dabovyj Anastasovska,–Harmonization on nationalnoto legislation od area on patent with Regulate and Directive on EU;
Mr. Neda Zdraveva, - People's right to intellectual property;
Mr. Nenad Gavrilovic – European Standards for Intellectual Property Protection;
Dr. Borce Davitkowski – Administrative aspects on zashtitata na industriskata property;
Dr. Arsen Janevski – Dispute intellectual property; and
Mr. Irena Jakimovska – Prebaruvaye on patent base on filing


On the topic, in Macedonian and English a brochure was printed and the web page on the SOIP was published.


Seminar on the topic "Intellectual property and economy" will be held for small and medium-sized enterprises, enterprises and business managers on 14 September 14, 2011.
