- Protection of the name of the place of origin for products with geographical indication or appellation of origin shall be made by adopting solution and registration of geographical name of the product and the type of product to which the name in the register of protected geographical indications.
- The right to use protected geographical indications obtained by issuing the grant and the entry in the register of users of protected geographical indications.
