The decision on the recognition of the right to use the protected geographical name may be suspended:
- Ex officio;
- At the request of an interested party or a public prosecutor.

The request for revocation decision for recognition of the right of use shall be submitted in writing to the Office and should be submitted the required evidence.

If the applicant for revocation of the decision to grant the right to use the protected geographical name during the procedure to cancel the request, the Office may pursue the line of duty.

The person registered as an authorized user in the appropriate registers shall terminate the right to use the protected geographical name the next day of the decision to abolish the law.
